Peep הוא אתר פרטי של משחקי חשבון אינטראקטיביים לילדים בכיתות א׳-ו׳.
למה Peep?
השם Peep מגיע מהקול הקטן והמתוק של הבולבול — ציפור ישראלית מוכרת שמלווה אותנו בגינות, בחצרות ובשדרות. כמו הצפצוף העדין של הבולבול, גם המשחקים כאן קטנים, קלילים וממוקדים — כל אחד מהם נועד ללמד דבר אחד, בצורה פשוטה ומהנה.
איך הכל התחיל
Peep נוצר על ידי אדם אחד בעזרת בינה מלאכותית (Claude של Anthropic). הרעיון נולד בתקופת מלחמת שַׁאֲגַת הָאֲרִי, כשילדים ישבו בבית וזקוקים היו לכלים לימודיים נגישים ומהנים. בזמן מלחמה יש מצבים שבהם אין חיבור לאינטרנט — בממ״דים, באזורי לחימה, או פשוט כשהרשת קורסת. לכן Peep נבנה כך שאפשר להתקין אותו על הטלפון, הטאבלט או המחשב ולהשתמש בו גם בלי אינטרנט בכלל.
Peep הוא גם ניסוי וסוג של הוכחת היתכנות (POC) לשימוש בבינה מלאכותית לבניית מוצר שלם — מהרעיון, דרך הפיתוח, ועד ההפעלה.
בניגוד לפורטלי משחקים שהם בזבוז זמן, Peep מציע משחקים קטנים וממוקדים שכל מטרתם היא לימוד חשבון — בלי הסחות דעת, בלי פרסומות, ובלי בזבוז זמן.
עקרונות
- חינם לגמרי — בלי תשלום, בלי מנויים, בלי רכישות בתוך האפליקציה.
- בלי פרסומות — אף פעם. הילדים שלכם לא מוצר.
- בלי איסוף מידע — אין חשבונות, אין רישום, אין מעקב. פרטיות מלאה.
- עובד גם בלי אינטרנט — אפשר להתקין את Peep על כל מכשיר ולשחק בכל מקום.
- מבוסס על הסילבוס — עברתי על תוכנית הלימודים ולקחתי מה שנראה לי נכון. התוכן נבחר לפי שיקול דעתי בלבד.

Peep הוא אתר פרטי ואינו קשור, מאושר, או ממומן על ידי משרד החינוך או כל גוף רשמי אחר. התוכן באתר מבוסס על עבודה עצמאית ואינו מהווה תחליף להוראה מקצועית. השימוש באתר הוא על אחריות המשתמש בלבד.
טכנולוגיה
Peep נבנה כאפליקציית ווב מתקדמת (PWA) שרצה ישירות בדפדפן. אין צורך להוריד מחנות אפליקציות — פשוט גולשים ומשחקים. המשחקים פועלים לגמרי על המכשיר שלכם, בלי שרת ובלי תלות באינטרנט.

About Peep
Peep is a private website with interactive math games for kids in grades 1-6.
Why "Peep"?
The name Peep comes from the gentle chirp of the Bulbul (בולבול) — a beloved Israeli bird found in gardens, yards, and boulevards across the country. Like the Bulbul's soft, cheerful song, the games here are small, light, and focused — each one designed to teach one thing, in a simple and fun way.
How It Started
Peep was created by one person with the help of AI (Anthropic's Claude). The idea was born during the שַׁאֲגַת הָאֲרִי war, when children were stuck at home and needed accessible, fun learning tools. During wartime, there are situations where internet access is unavailable — in shelters, in conflict zones, or simply when the network goes down. That's why Peep was built so it can be installed on a phone, tablet, or computer and used completely offline.
Peep is also an experiment and a proof of concept (POC) for using AI to build a complete product — from idea, through development, to deployment.
Unlike gaming portals that are a total waste of time, Peep offers small, focused games whose sole purpose is learning math — no distractions, no ads, no time wasted.
Principles
- Completely free — no payments, no subscriptions, no in-app purchases.
- No ads — ever. Your children are not a product.
- No data collection — no accounts, no registration, no tracking. Full privacy.
- Works offline — install Peep on any device and play anywhere.
- Based on the syllabus — I reviewed the curriculum and picked what seemed right to me. Content is selected at my own discretion.

Technology
Peep is built as a Progressive Web App (PWA) that runs directly in the browser. No app store download needed — just browse and play. All games run entirely on your device, with no server and no internet dependency.
